How to save calories every day without feeling hungry

Follow this advice if you want to save calories but don't want to go on a diet.

1. Avoid Batter

100 grams of rice have impressive 350 calories. A tasty and easy alternative could be Cauliflower rice (40 calories per 100 grams). Chop a head of Cauliflower into pieces, pan fry with a little salt and butter in a pan and serve as a healthy substitute to rice.
